Judy Wheeler tells why time spent volunteering in Horizons’ Food Pantry has grown into a passion for her. Our amazing volunteers worked over 12,000 hours last year, helping Horizons feed the hungry people in our community.
Horizons Soup Kitchen is open Monday through Friday, 12pm-1pm, and Sunday, 5pm-6pm. Come and enjoy a delicious meal with us!

❗️A : Speaking with our friends at Horizons they have said a specific need right now in our community would be Body Wash, Shampoo, Canned Soup and Instant Oatmeal.
We are excited to take on another month with you, making more KRAZY memories and be able to give a little back to our community!

Thanks to the generous donation of 11 hogs from Steve and Teresa Metzger, Horizons distributed nearly 2,000 lbs of pork to our local pantry partners. We’re grateful to support Brown County, Open Hands Food Pantry, Quanada, St. Francis Solanus Parish - Quincy, Illinois, Ladies of Charity, Luther Memorial Church, Quincy IL, The Salvation Army - Quincy, IL and Barry Food Pantry in their mission to serve our community.
