We are please to announce that Horizons Social Services has purchased the property located at 224 S. 8th Street. Our new home nees to be renovated so that we can move into this space and continue our ministry in Quincy. The Lord has blessed us and we pray that he will continue to guide and bless us as we undertake this project to give Horizons a new home.
