Brian Ippensen, chairman of the Community Foundation Board is presenting Horizons with a grant distribution from the Horizons Social Services permanent endowment with the Community Foundation. A thoughtful donor who believed in Horizons’ mission to feed the poor and needy, established this fund to help ensure that Horizons will continue to serve the community today and on into the future!
